"Great stay with nice and helpful owners. Tip: in the winter months, air conditioning as heating in the living room is recommended. The master bedroom and toilet show some moisture and mold spots, this needs attention. We had a good time and would love to come back."

"Owner: Responsive, accommodating, above & beyond Location: Exactly as advertised- directly on the beach - easy access to restaurants & groceriesMy husband & I stayed for a week over our anniversary. Flew into Valencia, rented a car and had an easy drive down to the beach. The owner was waiting for our arrival & directed us smoothly to the parking garage. "Communication with property manager was exellent. She was always there to answer any enquiry. In regards to the house itself, I think it should be cleaned more before guest come in and there should defenetly be air conditioning as the fans do not ventilate what so ever. Maybe more money should be spent towards the maintenance of this property. "
