"No issues with the property, lots of room and excellent pool. Would be great for a large group or family with kids."

"We were four ladies in town for a 3-day golf tournament at nearby Lake Havasu Golf Club. As this property was located a short 6 minute drive away, the location was perfect. Everything went smoothly with check-in, and the property was spotless when we arrived. We all loved our great visit. If we get invited back for the tournament next year we would definitely want to stay here again."

"We enjoyed our time together. The pool table was fun to use. We did not use the pool as it was too cold outside. The property needs some attention-the air conditioning in the back room did not work at all which would be a problem in hot weather. Overall property needs someone to spruce it up."

"House was immaculate in every way. Everything worked as it should. Beds & furniture were in perfect condition. Air conditioning was perfect for our 110° stay. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and then some. Property is located less than 10 minutes from just about everything. Though we didn’t use it, the pool was crystal clean. Backyard was huge, gated and great for our dog."

"We were out for relaxation and some adventure ,we found it at this great space! Spent a day out on the lake, made some great meals in the fully stocked kitchen and a lot of time enjoying the amazing pool. The place was clean and very functional for our group, plenty of bathrooms and comfy beds to stay in. Will be back for sure. "

"Huntington Beach house has everything you need for a getaway to Lake Havasu. Plenty of parking for toys, outdoor games and plenty of pool floaties! Inside the home is a beautiful t beach/lake theme with comfy beds, great gathering spaces and board games. We can’t wait to go back next year! "

"Beautiful home, the only reason I didn't give this home 5 stars is that there is no mention in the listing that you have zero privacy in the back yard due to multiple cameras. I understand the cameras in the garage, front of the home and the back exterior on the garage (even though it points directly at the pool & part of the lounge area) however the camera that is installed in the corner of the covered patio seating area is a bit too much."

"We are a group of senior friends (69-87) from four different states who get together about every two years. This was one of our best times together. The Havasu area is always fun, but our best times are in the house we rent just being together, and this house was perfect: The hot tub for our arthritic bodies; The roof top view for fabulous LHC sunsets; Our individual rooms and bathrooms; The big garage to keep our cars out of the heat; Good ammenities such as two refrigerators; Covered patios...

Great stay at a great price!

"This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. From the beginning with all of the staff we interacted with who were so kind, to the room and the accommodations in it... We enjoyed it. The pool and hot tub are warm even in the winter time. The Continental breakfast was good (pancake maker, cereal, bread items, oatmeal, oranges, yogurt, muffins, boiled eggs, coffee, cranberry and orange juice. Our room had a microwave, refrigerator, pots and pans, a little electric warmer, mini Keurig, plates and silverware, and cups. Bathroom has a hair dryer as well. Grab towels for the pool at the front desk. The TV was a little small, but that's okay because we didn't stay in Havasu in the room to watch TV. Would most definitely stay again. If you're looking for a great church to visit, Hilltop community Church is outstanding. (We visited there this past Sunday)"

"The place is a bit dated, but no big deal. Room very clean, comfortable, hot shower, t.v. channels ice machine. Nice morning breakfast included . Staff professional and courteous, I would stay again. The price was very reasonable "
