"The house has a lovely large garden (shared with another property) for the kids to run around, play, outdoor shower etc. It is located in a green area rigth next to some woods and the access road to the lake (boat/canoeing/SUP etc, but no swimming allowed - i still went out on some great morning swims). "We passed a great vacation in Mimizan-Beach with our large family. The house looks exactly as advertised, the pool is great and it's nicely furnished and decorated. However, we should mention some details that keep this place from being a straight 5-star object: - if the wind blows towards the sea, you get an ugly smell from the large paper mill up the road - the place needs a very thorough clean-up that includes all corners of the kitchen and the bathroom, chairs etc. "

"Clean and well appointed apartment a stones throw from the beach in a great resort. Ideal for beach or surfing holidays. There were two big problems with the accommodation. Firstly, the apartment is directly opposite a nightclub which plays extremely loud music from midnight to 6am. Those leaving the club congregate outside the balcony windows. Secondly, the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. These two factors combine to make sleep very difficult. We bought ear plugs and put the sofabed...

"Appartement très fonctionnel, très jolie vue sur le lac pour profiter de beaux couchées de soleil. Tout est à proximité à pied. Le lac est parfait pour faire de la plage avec les enfants en bas âge, la vraie plage avec les vagues est un peu plus loin pour les plus grands. "

"La force de ce logement est sa localisation, au calme, mais à deux pas de la plage et des commerces, à quelques minutes en voiture de fôrets et de lacs pour ceux qui n'aiment pas le sable et l'eau salée.
