"Palais Juliana is a bit faraway from the city center. More a business than a vacation place. The hotel could use some renovation. Limited dining services. Transfer included from and to the airport is convenient, as well as the possibility of a free shuttle around Luang Prabang. "

"Wonderful wonderful hotel. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly or accommodating. Food was amazing as was the spa. They have friendly little rabbits running around the gardens. Pools was lovely. Would love to stay here again. "
