"Very accessible and super friendly front desk staff. Kenedy park is literally a few minutes walk away and there are so many shipping and dining options around the area. The only down side is that the building itself needs some maintenance and you can hear the nightlife outside. I personally can sleep through about anything so it didn't bother me, but keep in mind that it does get a bit noisy. "My mother had an excellent stay at this hotel during her business trip. The staff was exceptionally courteous and went out of their way to ensure her comfort. "This apartment was spacious, immaculately clean and in a great location. It was so spacious I actually complained about missing a room until I realised I had missed half of the apartment. The concierge and Katerina were very gracious and laughed off my apologies for being an idiot. The apartment has all the facilities I needed and more including the washer and dryer. "Very close to Starbucks, Wong Grocery, very good restaurants of wide variety. One block from Javier Prado a major street where one can take a bus, only 8 soles to go to Mall, easy and safe to walk. Walking distance to Country Club hotel but an inexpensive taxi ride if elderly."

"The place is awesome! The doorman was polite and friendly. We arrived at midnight but the check-in process still went smoothly. The only issue we had was the hot shower. The hot water was on and off. The water heater needs to be fixed. Other than that, we are satisfied with everything. "

"Stay at Hotel Britania twice on our travel in Peru. The hotel is in an excellent location not far from Kennedy Park and many dining options. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and the breakfast everyday was delicious. I recommend this hotel for the excellent price and location. "
