"My fiance & I really enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix Inn while we were there. In the evenings the front desk always had the fireplace going & served cookies at the front desk. Breakfast was included in our stay, which was offered at the beautiful dining area off the main lobby. It consisted of potatoes, eggs, sausage, fruit, waffles & more! The staff was always so friendly & helpful. The housekeeping service did a great job making sure our room was clean & fresh with new linens & towels. The pool, hot tub and fitness room were a great addition, as well as laundry facilities. The hotel was a convenient walk across the street to Denny's restaurant/bar, which was great for dinner & drinks. I definitely would recommend this hotel, worth every penny. "

"My fiance & I needed to find a place to stay for the night. We were tired, and it was late. The night desk attendant was so nice, personable, and very accommodating to both of us, as we needed more pillows for our bed. We stayed in the ADA deluxe room with a king size bed, and a big walk in shower. It was roomy, comfortable, and overnight price was reasonable. "

"If you are in Eugene to visit the University of Oregon Hayward Inn is a good choice. I wouldn't say the nearby dining options are great but they are good. Track Town Pizza right next door has very good pizza and next to Track Town Pizza is a Starbucks. I don't think of the area as being especially walkable because the hotel is located on Franklin Boulevard which is six Lanes wide and very busy"
