"Waited 15 min to check in, rang the bell 5 times. No apologizes when they finally arrived to check in. Hair in the shower and sides of shower. Checked out and front desk attendant was not friendly! "

"Never had a bad experience with a Tru stay. The only problem was that the construction workers who stayed at the hotel would start and warm up their trucks early in the morning (4 AM ) which woke us . I guess that wasn’t the hotels fault. "
