"Pluses: the very center, nice avenue next with dancing fountains probably some 100 meters to walk, beautiful church infront, nice loby and restaurant surrounding. Building is probably from soviet era, but inside the room very clean. Minuses: not very friendly receptionist. We were told we must be present at the breakfast room from 8am to 9am (and explained it was because of covid reason to have less clients at the same time because later hours were booked). "Convenient for railway station and Old Town. Despite booking a city view, this was not available - claimed to be subject to availability. Bedside lights did not work, no ceiling fan, poor offering of tea bags, no room service, room cleaning haphazard at best - occasional making of bed, failure to clean glasses and mugs. "Nice resort very close to Vilnius. The lake around the resort makes this a special place. We did really enjoy the Spa and the lake. unfortunately some of the restaurants were closed and it felt a bit like not all activities were available. it was a midweek stay in July, so that might have something to do with it. However, it also meant that there was ample space at the lake."

"Very overrated Hotel it does not deserve the ratings! They can't cope at breakfast time and there is not enough room for the guests to have the breakfast! Not enough staff to replenish the food clear away the tables. As for the spar they wanted €32 for 3 hours to use the facilities. We got this free as someone had already paid and not turned up! But I had paid for this I would have been extremely disappointed, the jacuzzi water was not hot but cold, the steam room was so small and the sauna...

"Stayed only 1 night in this hotel. Did not take advantage of any of the spa services or the pool. The room was large and comfortable and the balcony was also lovely. The location is away from the city itself, but the hotel's setting is quite nice, along the river, with a fun arcade and mini-mall area in the plaza in front of it. The prices in the restaurant were very good and the quality of the food, both dinner service and breakfast buffet, was quite high. Would enjoy staying here again. "

Great Hotel Location & Staff

"Our check in experience with Ale & Adas was an enjoyable and professional experience. When I booked our two rooms, (one double & one single room, one male and a married couple), reservation I mistakenly added my friends wife to my room when she should have been added to her husband’s room. Ada & Ale and the three of us had a hilarious moment of fun filled banter and laughter as they corrected the situation. When we requested local cuisine dining options one of the restaurants Ada recommended and called could not accommodate us with a reservation. The next day while we were on a tour Ada, of his own volition checked with the restaurant for cancellations and notified me that they had an opening. This diligent effort by Ada was greatly appreciated. Every time we returned to the hotel and sat at the bar there was humorous dialogue with Ale and Ada. These two members of your staff were both an absolute pleasure to meet and interact with. They provided outstanding friendly professional customer service."
