"My teenage son and I enjoyed a pleasant stay over Thanksgiving week. The room/ beds are comfortable, showers hot, the staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. And the free parking was key, as we rented a car to visit nearby national parks and Taos. The location is in the center of everything, walking around is very safe and easy. The hotel had a warm feel (especially with fireplaces), and I'd definitely stay here again! Our last night we even saw people swimming in the outdoor heated pool (despite it being freezing outside and snowing the next day). "

"It was a great stay as usual. We have stayed there year after year and it is always a great time. However, the beds may need to be updated. They are hard and a bit run down. Overall the property is amazing and it is the historic part of the plaza! "

"Great location, easily walkable to the central square. Plenty of parking for $10/day, a bargain in Santa Fe. Fairly inexpensive room compared to the other nearby options. Carpet in the room was soiled and ready for cleaning or replacement, but otherwise the room was fine and the bed was comfortable. Room was serviced daily but the empty body wash dispenser in the shower was empty our whole stay and not refilled during housekeeping service. But overall, a nice place for the money and we’d stay here again."
