The only down side is if you arrive earlier than 4 you do not have access into the apartments and have to pay extra if you would like to get in by 2-3. There is also no where to store your luggage safely if you choose not to sit and wait for access into the apartment’s and choose to leave and visit the city in the mean time… so that means you either have to wait a few hours in the lobby/waiting area or you have to lug your baggage around till...

"I stayed for two nights before the Super Bowl and it was a good value. The apartment I stayed in was clean, well maintained, a good size and just two blocks from the French Quarter. It's no-frills lodging in a big complex -- a security guard is in the lobby and all communication was done by text/phone call. But everyone was very nice through booking and check-in was super easy. "The staff were very accommodating and the place was exceptionally clean. I liked the decor and the amenities, but my particular room was oddly shaped and felt prison-like in that it was a railroad flat arrangement. Also my mattress was uncomfortable and the bed was very small. I'm 5 ft 1, petite, so an average sized person or a tall man would be uncomfortable. "

"My family of 4 with 2 teenagers really enjoyed our stay. It's hard to find an affordable 2 bedroom with Kitchen so this was really nice. My daughter enjoyed the hot tub but it was too cold for the pool. They sent entry instructions and we didn't have any issues with entry.You can pay for safe gated parking which we did one night but we found on street parking and used the bus the rest of the trip. It was super easy to navigate. I loved the w/d in the unit. We'd stay again. "
