"Staff from this hotel are terrific. Room and hotel brand new with beautiful decoration, rooms are immaculate and ac heating efficient . The restaurant served amazing food for dinner and free breakfast. Just besides is the best mall in town and distance from airport only 20 minutes with no traffic. They offer free visits to best hotels in Dead See with option to use pool and facilities all day. Transportation to any destination dependable and price is arranged before without asking extra tips Attention is great to the point I checked out before breakfast started but they have ready a bag with food for my breakfast… Just exceptional service…."

"The host family was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety, and most items were suitable for vegetarians. This hotel felt much more like a home. There are comfortable seating areas on the balconies, on the porch, and in the garden. If you like cats, several amicable ones around love to be petted. (If you don't like cats, they won't bother you.) The area also has shopping within walking distance."

"Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Quiet, clean, and service is top notch. I have stayed in many hotels in Amman in the past (almost a dozen) and I have been trying to find the one for me, Opal it is. I always struggle to find a hotel where it is truly quite to sleep and clean where the rooms are comfortable to stay. They offer a variety or items in the rooms for convenience, for example a comb/brush was something I needed but totally forgot to pack. I will definitely be staying at Opal from now on. I should not forget to mention that on top of everything else, the breakfast buffet was wonderful. Thank for a meticulous service and facility."
