"The place is as described on the page, it feels like home and the view from the balcony is beautiful, you can see the sunrise, the pools and it is full of trees and many little birds. The food is delicious, they have a different menu, I was traveling with my daughter and she enjoyed it. The only horrible thing that happened to me when I arrived at the hotel, they couldn't find the check in and that was when I showed the payment and the confirmation number. It was horrible. I waited 1 hour and...

"The staff in specific the manager was terrible and rude She was also discrimating us because we were colombian citizens but living in the usa,the treatment overall was horrible except for sergio and another male staff that were helpfull and nice, we will never go back to that place"

"The rooms are clean the hotel has good food every place has diferent menus and good food to discover but the restaurants no so good better food by the pool also the beach its clean and they got a big wide slide at one of the pools kids love it very fun good to go with the family there also activities and shows every day and there is a grocery store two minutes away also a plaza with lots of good restaurants and some shopping very close 5 min drive "
