"I had an excellent stay at this property. Communication with Jennifer was great and she was extremely attentive in making our stay comfortable. The apartment was extremely clean when we arrive. Kudos to the person who prepared it. There are 24 hours security so we felt safe. The amenities was perfect, and everything was in good condition. Even thought the location is a little distance from downtown Georgetown, I believe it was worth it. Would definitely stay here again."

"The apartment had many issues. Electric went off. Found out it had a meter you had to buy credit for. One towel that was dirty. No pots pans utensils, plates cups or silverware.lots of dirt underneath the furniture. Has not been cleaned in forever. The photo shown was not of the place I rented. Was supposed to have internet. Never happened the week I was there. Refrigerator not in good working condition. Didn't keep things cold. If you wanted it sit were it was cool you needed to sit in the...

"J’s Cozy Studio, located in a gated community with beautiful homes and green spaces is perfect for the vacationer seeking serenity, comfort and security. All amenities are as advertised. Host Nicola provided a master class in hosting. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Imagine a welcome platter of snacks after traveling 5 plus hours. I have no hesitation in recommending this property. Five stars!"
