"We stayed for 3 nights and loved this hotel. Reviews suggest it is run down and tired. This was not our experience at all. My only issues were pre arrival. It was not clear at all how to get to the hotel. Cable car? This hotel is actually in the mid hills and you do not need a cable car to get here. You can arrive by bus to the GPO (shops) near the hotel. Then you can either use hotel shuttle bus or use a Grab. The shuttle runs every hour. Leaves the hotel on the hour and from the GPO...

"This was the worse experience i have had in using Hotel.com Reservation. Hotel.com should take this out from the system. I was easily cancel my booking by the manager of the place. I was forced to look other hotel for stay. Not my mistake. This EBM truly bad. Our booking success 3 days before check-in. When arrive at the property, no apartment for me and my family. We are forced to use our holiday money to book another hotel. During holiday (deepavali) its is hard to find hotel that meet out...

"A few of the things I liked in the dorm room is each bed has a curtain so you have privacy and the space is really big with lots of storage space right under your bed. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the welcome card is a nice touch too. There’s a nice chill out area with bean bags and the coffee is great too. (Good coffee is a rarity in hostels) "
