"As far as location goes, if you are looking for a nice quiet getaway from all the noise of the city, this is an excellent place to come. The location is about 15 mins from Clear Lake and the Elkhorn spa. Why spend way more to stay onsite when you can have your own private cabin with a hot tub on the front porch? Only issue which we communicated to the owner, was a bad sewage smell in the lower unit. Holding tank is improperly ventilated. Needs to be addressed. Overall we really enjoyed the property. "
