"Biz 3 arkadaş kaldık. Gerçekten sahipleri o kadar çok ilgiliydiler ki. Eski mardin çarşısının iki alt sokağında. Kız başımıza olduğumuz için başta biraz çekindik ama gayet rahat konakladık. İlgileri içinde teşekkür ederiz. "

"A notre arrivée sur place, réservations annulées !(3 nuitées). La dame de la réception n'était vraiment pas amène L'adresse de l'hôtel sur le site n'est pas l'abonné ( on s'est retrouvés à l'autre bout de la ville au milieu de rien).Bref on s'est retrouvés à la rue à 19h lors d'un week-end de vacances nationales ."

"The owner is one of the most professional people I have ever met. Right after I made the reservation with Expedia, he reached out to me. He helped with everything. Honestly, he was involved in every detail up from when we landed to when we left. He arranged our taxis and all of our visits for very cheap. He always asked how the people within our arrangements treated us & made sure we always got the best treatment. The house had all necessities & was very clean & historical. Don’t even think...

"This is fraud! There's no such hotel in Mardin at all, and the building like on the photo does not exis. The phone also does not exist. I had to look for other place to stay and now I will try to return my money"

"This was my first trip to Mardin and I was extremely pleased with this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was superb. The location was good. We were able to park our car at the hotel, which was a plus given how crowded and narrow the old city's streets are. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. "

"Hotel is very good for relaxing Stuff very respectable and helpful Room wide and clean Internet very good Breakfast turkey buffet Car parking available at secure lot The only thing I don’t like if you want to go shopping center for cafe or restaurant you have to use long stairs (not advised for senior)"

Disappointed

"unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the pictures did not match the reality of the room I was given. Even there was no shampoo provided and bathroom was not tiidy and clean, which is a basic amenity one would expect. Additionally, the air-conditioning system was unreliable and did not function properly, making the room uncomfortable. Parking was a headache with limited spaces and poor management. Overall, I do not recommend staying here."

"Nice hotel to stay in Mardin, the staff in hotel are so friendly and always ready to help with nice smile and the hotel is clean, special thanks for reception staff Kemal, Aziz, Ersin and Berivan and Ayman in lobby cafe and the security name Ramadhan helped me to get the bus to the airport and the house keeping staff, this all staff who make the hotel great to stay with high quality and comfortable, i'm really appreciate for all this people and all the staff in this hotel :)"
