"We loved this house. Mark is so kind and easy to communicate with. The neighbors are great. We were here during a winter storm and one of the neighbors kept the sidewalk and walkway cleared which was very appreciated. Unfortunately our visit to Ludington was under not so great circumstances and we were in and out often, we were so grateful to come back and relax in a cozy home. We highly recommend!"

"We looked at several homes during our October Break and so happy we chose this one. The heated pool was amazing in October. Lewis Farms was a huge hit with the kids. Ludington State park hikes to see all the amazing changing colors. This house was perfect for the 4 families - plenty of space, fully stocked and just so comfortable all around! Shawn and Naomi were wonderful answering all my questions (and I had a ton) :) Nothing we would have changed at all. Even in October the beach was...

An easy distance from Crystal Mountain Resort, and not too far from other towns if you are looking for restaurants, gas, groceries, etc. The owners were also super responsive. "Perfect location, house and property. Will be back. One of the cleanest VRBOs I have rented for its size. Kitchen has more utensils, pots and pans then a Homegoods store. If visiting in the winter heed the instructions and park at top, if you do not have 4 wheel drive and snow tires you may not make it back up the hill. "
