"Really nice property, small but we'll thought and super clean. Staff was really good and friendly. Great location, walking distance from downtown, and great restaurants and coffee shops. As a solo female traveler, I felt a little uncomfortable because there was a group of men chatting, laughing and smoking on the hallways until very late at night and during the day. I assume they were guests as well, but then front desk is not always attended. I visited in November. "

"Nice lobby area & bar with breakfast in the morning. Coffee and tea in the room. Bed was very comfortable and shower/bathroom was nice with a hairdryer. Staff was pleasant and arranged a taxi pick up for us to the train station. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The property was located right in the heart of the city and parking was close by . The ambiance of the hotel was cold and disengaged which came from the lack of engagement from the hotel staff . It’s a people business , make engagement part of the guest experience. "
