"It is a very nice stay at Yokohama. This is my only night at Yokohama. This property gave me a very impressive experience. I was being upgraded by the check-in lady. The room is very high up and you can see all the buildings and harbor at the same time. The room is spacious and clean. The view is great. The only minus point is that you can hear the people above your room walking, running, and jumping on the floor. Overall, it is a great experience. "

"Check in was super seamless through the cafe. They gave us a bag of ground coffee to use with the pour over set up in our room which was really nice as most cafes open late. The loft was perfect for our two boys who loes it. "

"The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you. "

"My family came to visit from US and I wanted to show them the area around Kamakura and Zushi. T-Reef was an OUTSTANDING host and communicated VERY well. "Casablanca Pool House was an absolute incredible experience they’re so kind and accommodating, the house is so clean upon arrival, having a private pool and outdoor tub is rare to find in Japan especially on a last minute booking ! "The owner was very polite. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The stairs to the second floor were a little steep but it was no issue for me and my friends. The beach is near by and also the train station. Would 100 percent recommend. "

"Easy access to the train station and town. The hosts were lovely, very welcoming. We had our privacy upstairs with a lounge, balcony,2 bedrooms, toilet and sink. Downstairs we shared the bathroom and kitchen with the host and their family. Plus use of the washing machine."

"Time capsule Showa-era house within minutes of some of the most beautiful spots in Japan. The nostalgic Eno-den streetcar passes by every 5-10 minutes, which was a welcome bonus for our family. Everything is clean and well thought out. Next time we'll be staying longer!"

"Citadines was an excellent choice for a Yokohama hotel. Very close to the cruise port and all transportation. The rooms were large with kitchen area and sitting area. The laundry room was a great resource as were the lounges with coffee/tea available. "
