"Le Meridien Beach Plaza located near bus station, tourists can take bus 5 or 6 to Monte Carlo Train station to go to the nearby tourist attraction areas. Eze Village is a must visit. St Paul de Vence village is smaller but lot of arts. Manton Jardins Biovès, beach front and street shopping areas are not as nice and as beautiful as Nice and or Cannes. a lot of hiking and climbing... "

"I saw mixed reviews of this property while I was searching for a hotel in Monaco. Most of the unfavorable comments were that the hotel was 'worn out' or 'tired'. My advice to those people is that if you want to stay at a 5 star luxury hotel, be willing to pay the price. But don't bash a 3 star like the Ambassador because it doesn't meet your expectations. The Ambassador Hotel is an amazing value for the money. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the location can't be beat. The hotel is within walking distance of all the great attractions in Monaco. Until I can afford to stay on a luxury yacht, I will definitely return to the Ambassador and would also recommend it to my friends."
