"I am giving the listing accuracy a four star as the listing was a bit misleading, but the location and value are incredible, so overall its still a 5 star! Note that the coffee area is a common area, as well as the seating areas on the decks, this is a house built into a hotel, multiple suites on each floor. It can be a little creaky and noisy, but the AC was just the right amount of gray noise to ensure a good sleep. They key features are location and value. This house is central to everything...

"Everything about our stay here was perfect. We planned a getaway for Thanksgiving after a very difficult year, and had never been to Long Branch before. The property is so comfortable and cozy, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location is great - a half block to the beach and less than a mile from everything we needed (fantastic restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc.). The owners were AMAZING to work with - responsive, generous, and clearly interested in making sure our stay...

"Very spacious one bedroom with lots of linens and towels. The kitchen had everything you could think of.Owner was very gracious. Weather was below freezing so we were not able to take advantage of the deck or yard or neighborhood so can’t comment there."

"We are locals who booked our stay in order to be close to our home during a few home renovations which required us to move out of our home for a week. Loved our stay at the beach cottage. Nice to stay in a walkable town and loved daily walks on the beach. Appreciated the open floor plan on 1st level and the bedrooms upstairs. Made it possible for both of us to work in separate areas during the day. Host was incredibly gracious and accommodating. "

"One Mile from the the Centra State Medical Center/hospital, it was perfect for staying the night before surgery. Sam's, Rooks Coffee, restaraunts galore; it was perfect for eating before fasting after midnight too! And after my family member checked in for their surgery; I was able to spend a few hours in comfortable peace at thr hotel before having to check out. It couldn't be more stress-free. "
