"What a gem of a property. We were greeted on arrival and welcomed with open arms. The refrigerator had some food and juice along with some home made wine by the owners father. A pleasant gesture which is not normally done. Thank you so graciously the use of the Hotspot. "Great location!! If you are looking to be a bit closer to the beaches rather than the city center/old town, this is a perfect spot away from all of the commotion. Only about a 30minute walk to the Riva Promenade, but only 5 minutes or so from the nearest beaches! We enjoyed the walks into town each day, and great food locations. Staff was amazing, loved the breakfast and bar service, highly recommend this spot! "

"Excellent hotel. All staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable & air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was of high quality with plenty of choice. Roof top swimming pool and jacuzzi all in good working condition & pleasant environment. Sauna, steam room & indoor jacuzzi were good. Gym was air conditioned & had a variety of equipment. Walk into Split centre was about 10-15 minutes. Would definitely recommend the hotel and we would stay again."

"The hotel is a resort- like set up. On a Marina with large beautiful boats. Has a nice pool overlooking the beach and the indoor pool for those looking to get out of heat! "This place was a hidden gem. My adult kids also did a free Mediterranean bath, which is part of the amenity who would’ve thought this is such a gem and such a beautiful place. The beachfront is right there. Everything is pretty much walking distance. It is one of the most beautiful locations and there’s more to come in the next year or so there’s gonna be so much in front of the beach that it will be just an amazing place to stay at the drinks the rooftop bar the breakfast. Everything was just amazing. What an amazing location."
