"The owner of this property must use google translator as most of the messages he sent me made no sense. This then made it difficult to understand the check in process. Thank goodness the kind lady at the registration office clarified things for me. I understood that towels/tea towels would be included with the linens, but there was an extra fee for these items. Just a note for mobility challenged guests, the stairs are very steep and narrow."

"the place was very nice but i liked to know before that there wasn't going to be the usual needs like a towl to dry up your hands after washing it and toiletpaper etc. but we had an very nice stay"

"Sehr schönes Ferienhaus im schönen Städtchen Grou. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist super und besonders hat uns der große Wohnraum mit offener Küche und großer Terrasse mit Blick aufs Wasser gefallen. Für Familien absolut empfehlenswert, für zwei Parteien sind die Schlafzimmer evtl. ein bisschen zu klein."

"I stayed here for 6 nights with my wife and we really enjoyed it. The town is very quiet but it's a short drive to cities like Leeuwarden and Harlingen for activities. There is a grocery store in the next town over so it's a quick drive or bike ride if you need to pick up anything. Two bicycles are provided for use so I would hop on after dinner and explore the beautiful countryside. The property is spacious for two adults and very clean and comfortable. Please note that there is a church right...

"Lovely location and clean property. Niggles were around the owner not responding to questions about what would already be there (there were filters for the coffee machine, now there are 2 boxes! There is a car charge point nearby but no idea if we could have accessed it). We also weren’t sure if we were allowed onto the jetty but presumed we were. But a nice quiet place to stay."
