The staff was overall very supportive and helpful. Parking around the hotel is pricey.

Everything was alright from beginning to end, though when checking in it took a bit longer but the receptionists kindly told me why.

O M G - this is my new favorite spot to stay at AMS. The bed was the most comfortable and fresh feeling bed and linens I have experienced (and I am a frequent international traveler) and the shower was FABULOUS...I can't explain...It’s like the waterfall shower has "fat" drops of water that feel amazing while still being strong enough to wash my hair thoroughly (my hair is quite long) when some showers feel good but struggle to rinse my hair properly....and the provided body wash smells amazing! The balcony is so much appreciated when I know I will be on a plane for 10 hours the next day. There's a KFC across the street, restaurant on the premises and a very well-stocked mini market...although no #Joyride candy. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Very good access to Metro and Ahoy centre only a simple 20mins walk. Fabulous bakers round the corner & great views on the 12th floor where my room was located (lifts nice & fast too!!)

Very unique, especially the room controls via an iPad in the room or your phone (lights, curtains blinds, climate, tv, check out). Even play a memory game likeSimon with the bathrooms color lighting.

Team Trip over to Rotterdam and the Usual was a great base to explore the city and bring the team together. The service and quality of breakfast was top notch.
