"I liked the standard of cleanliness and maintained but was greatly disturbed by the noisy from the neighbourhood between 9pm to about 11pm. My first 3 nights but the last night was free of noise. The staff were friendly n happy to help only if they are requested. I can use the property again."

"Let me tell you, this place is fantastic! There are several Lodging characteristics that I look for when choosing a place to stay. I am very particular about having certain items while traveling. "So booked this stay ion Orbitz and prepaid . When I checked in they said I owed them money. Showed them my receipt on orbitz gave me a hassle but said ok. When I checked out 3 days later said I owed money agsin. Showed her receipts for payment of the 3 nights. Refused to honor them even those I had proof of payment. Threatened to not let me leave until I paid. She made me talk to the people off the phone and I sent them proof emails. Still wanted me to pay agsin for 2 nights. Was a nightmare,...

"Everyone was very welcoming and genuinely nice whether it was the service in their 3 restaurants, walking around in the hotel, or asking for information. Always willing to help even for a visit at the city market or a quick history tour of the hotel of the great explorers Stanley and Livingstone. Live music 3 times a week and the buffets were always very tasty. "
