"be careful booking in expedia because they don’t honor the payment made in expedia. someone from california is gong to call you to make a payment in 3rd party app. what is the point of allowing payment in expedia when you won’t honor it. on check-in they tried putting us in a different unit from the ones we booked and have to go back and forth with the screenshots from expedia which is ridiculous. i would never come back or recommend it to my friends. "

"We liked the place. Whole house, separate rooms. But the water was awful and you can smell it. We did not like the most was the access of the caretaker while the rental is occupied. And isn't the policy of vrbo that the owner/caretaker etc supposedly not in the permises..correct me if im mistaken??..?? The bed was terrible, I'm sorry Hard, uncomfortable. There's a sign by the kitchen by the stove saying clean after use but the stove was dirty to start with. Also, ants everywhere. Bug killer...

"The room is a disappointment. The pungent smell of the drainage in the room near the kitchen greets you as you open the door. The general appearance of the unit is fair. Very used sofa and beddings. The masters bathroom is locked and not usable leaving us with 1 decent full bathroom and a dirty small bathroom in the maid's room which was counted as a 3rd room and is not livable. "The property was very nice. The unit was a condo rental managed by Hosteeva. I had to communicate with Expedia and Hosteeva. A confusing grouping of emails and texts. I received messages from Hosteeva requesting additional info, and I was really sure who they were. I had to call and request my final info to gain access into the unit. "Clean unit and polite staff. The check-in was terrible. The staff did not know we are coming. There was no record of us coming. Lucky us, one of the sellers ( just happened to sit close by) seemed to recognize the unit and the owner that helped us get hold of them. The was absolutely no connection with expedia. "I understand that this is a resort that host a lot of events, on a daily basis there are several hundred people on the property grounds. Which makes it hard for the patrons of the hotel to enjoy peace and solace. I felt overwhelmed. As sat I at the restaurant on the terrace there are kids running around, people walking extremely close in front and in the back of me while sitting and eating. The WiFi is horrible, even through the night and early morning. Overall a nice resort but not peaceful. "

"Seda's staff are always willing to help. Guests are always welcomed with a smile. Requests are immediately responded to. Their breakfast buffet is one of the best that I have come across. Selections are plentiful and there is a new item/s daily. Will I stay here again? Definitely."
