"not all hotel charges were disclosed when I booked - so a $50 surprise there. when we checked in and got to our room - it had not been touched by maid service even though the front desk confirmed it had been cleaned. its a long walk to desk from rooms - so a little frustrating. Chair in room had cracked and broken vinyl - s- looking a little ragged. Base room price was great, Cierra was great, walk to event center was great."
