"My 2 nights were fabulous, apart from the fire alarm going off at 1:15 AM - it’s a wooden structure folk, don’t try to have a sneaky smoke without anyone noticing! No-one wants to be standing in the parking lot in the middle of the night but apparently my experience is not that unusual. However, if your room is the presidential wing you should not have to evacuate. The hotel has a cruise ship vibe in terms of service and luxury. Very enjoyable."

"We loved our stay and will absolutely be back. The walkability to Settler's Green outlet mall was amazing with so many yummy dining options and good shops. We were able to enjoy the heated outdoor pool in May which was a nice surprise and our kids loved the playground area. Lemonade and cookies were out every afternoon which was a cute touch and the complementary coffee bar in the morning was really stocked. We loved our stay and are ready to book again for next year!"
