"Very pleasant staff. Very helpful with various services and recommendations. No porter service at check-in. Bed was a little too soft for my tastes. Minor renovations need to be done in the room. Room was roomy and the soaker tub was a nice touch! Security was outstanding for both self and my truck. Will stay again."

I was a bit hesitant due to the location near downtown and across from the hospital where there’s a lot of homeless people, but it’s absolutely beautiful. Only negative was the beautiful roof tin bar closing early both days I was there. "

"We arrived and were allowed to check into our king suite early which is always a wonderful thing after a long trip. The room was well appointed with kitchenette, living area with small balcony, two big dressers so we didn’t have to share, and a comfortable king-sized bed. Despite arriving in the middle of an unexpectedly early snowstorm in November and being without power most of the first day (not the hotel’s fault), we stayed safe and toasty if a bit bored in our room.
