"the onsen was seriously the highlight of the trip, and the staff was extremely helpful in helping me when I left something in my previous hotel, even though they didn't have to. The buffet breakfast and dinner was huge and the beds were really comfortable. I drove here so no idea on public transportation but parking was easy and I highly recommend!"

"とっても素敵な場所でした。温泉が気持ち良いのはもちろん、とても綺麗でお洒落なお部屋、素敵な外観や美味しい朝食など、良いところはあげればキリがありません。そんな中でも最も魅力を感じたのは、宿のご主人のあたたかさです。チェックイン時間が遅れた際にも、快くご対応いただき、お風呂に入る際にタオルを受け取るのを忘れていた時には、声をかけて渡してくれました。とっても素敵な優しい方で、ぜひまた会いに行きたいと思いました。本当に素敵な時間をありがとうございました。"

The front desk agent went above and beyond his duties to help my guests navigate their way to the Hotel since it’s relatively new and unique. The young ladies working the morning shift were equally helpful when I needed help translating and making calls. I can’t recommend enough and would absolutely stay again because they’re affordable, super kind and close to everything. Thank you"

"Staff were friendly and welcoming, and service was great. Views of Mt Sakurajima were absolutely beautiful which is partly why I booked. I opted for a room with private onsen as I have tattoos. They offered tattoo covers but I thought they looked a but silly as I ended up looking like a patchwork quilt. "I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). Our room had a outdoor bath and it really hit the spot. 10/10 experience I would stay here again and recommend to my friends."

"The building and the room are clean and fine, but the location was far enough from the airport that you would absolutely need a taxi to get to the airport. However, you’re supposed to make a taxi RSVP at least 48 hours before the date you need it. Local taxis are usually fully booked by early RSVPs, and wont be able to come pick you up like you would expect. I didn’t know that till I arrived at the Inn late in the evening, and I needed a taxi in the next morning fairly early. So I had to figure...
