"15 mins. walk from Düsseldorf Hbf but 10 mins. walk from Alstadt. Few restaurants available around the hotel, so you'd better go to Alstadt. Only negative point was that desk light was broken and I asked receptionist to change light bulb, which has never occurred during my stay."

Room is exceptionally hot and no way to cool it down without leaving the window open which lets in the noise when the Früh brew house lets out at 2am. Bed is like a box spring very stiff with no padding, and pillows have no substance to them. Maybe they should have more than one pillow to choose from.
