"We chose this property and drove out of our way to get to it because it advertised 4 pools and was kid friendly. The Expedia pictures even supported that. What it didn’t say was that upon our Sunday arrival, the pool and facilities would be closed at 3:30 pm (which was when we arrived) and the one and only restaurant in the area would close at 6. When I asked if there were any pools open for our kids, we were told “the lake”. Lol thanks. Real helpful. This is not a normal resort, it’s a health...

"The front desk was extremely helpful to us...we were having problems with our phone's gps in finland. They did all they could to help us adjust. My one reservation is that this hotel does not allow guests to use the HDMI connection to watch their own programming (the only Scandic that did this) and offer no explanation. Also, although there is plenty of light weight English speaking programming, there is no English speaking NEWS. No explanation offered. Good restaurant on premises. Good...
