"My family and I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Muscat and it was a great experience! It was our first family trip after having our baby and the staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The hotel is very charming and welcoming. You can tell that it is a bit older but not in a negative way. All facilities were clean and easy to use. "This hotel would have received 5/5 had the first customer experience at check-in was annoying especially at a 5 star hotel which was selected purely for the customer experience one would expect. At reception both members of staff were serving a customer. My son and I stood partially behind both people to approach the first available member of staff. A couple approached the front desk and stood next to my son as soon as the staff member behind the desk was free they approached her in the meantime...
