"I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation. "On arrival they claimed they did not have my reservation... they also claimed they did not work with Orbitz. When I showed them their listing on Orbitz they did not believe it... "Staff were great, I appreciated the discretionary early check-in, cleaners were great, bed comfy, very spacious, lots of storage in the bedroom, location is perfect but there are some basics that need sorting out. In as much as the aparthotel looks nice, the construction quality is poor... there are noticeable gaps on the window frame leading to noise disturbance from outside, the shower is not very hot, the faucet in the sink gives oui warm rather than hot and they both take forever to get to...

"The staff was very attentive and accommodating and really tried to make everything perfect. In all the years I have stayed in Ethiopia, this is one of the few comfortable hotel beds I have had. I was thankful for good sleep at night. Th laundry service was also good. The free breakfast night was extensive and very good and the dining room atmosphere was very pleasant."

"I cannot fault the hotel, what is exceptional about the place are actually the amazing team members who work in it. They were attentive, kind and humble. Everyone was so warm to me and my family. The shuttle service was punctual, the front of house staff was remarkable. Every single interaction we had with anyone working at the hotel was filled with kindness and warmth. Excellent and highly recommended!

"Our stay at the Radisson Blu was lovely. Rooms are clean, crisp, comfortable and inviting. Everything we needed was provided. Housekeeping did a superb job with cleaning. The beds were comfortable and amenities needed were provided. The breakfast buffet was superb, one of the best of variety! All staff we interacted with - front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, spa - were helpful and friendly. Lastly, we felt safe at all times."
