She runs a relaxing and casual property, and because of its small size, it is easy for her to communicate with and assist visitors - which is exactly what she does! I highly recommend this hotel to Oshima tourists who are looking for a quiet, soothing place to unwind and enjoy their stay. "Simple living arrangement during Niijima visit. The guesthouse is centrally located, close to bike rental shops cafes, supermarkets and bars / restaurants. The host is very kind and helpful when our ferry out was cancelled due to strong winds. We extended our stay by one night. The guesthouse itself is very basic - small bedroom with thin futon beds and shared kitchen, washroom and shower. I couldn't get hot water but we mainly used the public Onsen anyway. The laundry facilities came in handy...

"This was an awesome place. Japanese style house feel like home. Takako San was such a great help to us during the trip. She took care of us like a Family. The place is situated near the cape and Diving spot which was added attraction. We had best trip and stay with complete peace of mind"
