"Beautiful and kept well "

"This is a beautiful recently renovated property. The staff is excellent across the board. Very friendly and professional. My only issue is that a comment that was made to us (twice) that was snarky was with regards to "booking through a 3rd party" and made us feel like we were low budget when we actually paid the same rate that they listed on their website. We booked through Expedia to be efficient - not to save money."

"The Colony definitely has a vibe to it. Plenty of activity in the lobby and around the pool. The staff is friendly and helpful. My particular room was awful, as it was located behind the elevator and the bathroom was tiny, with peeling wallpaper and pretty dirty overall. I had asked to get in my room early, so I think this was their way of teaching me not to do so again. Have stayed there in the past and never had an issue with a room. Will try the Palm House Hotel next time as it is...

"Good location, friendly staff. Nice rooms. Everything you expect from a hotel. And unlike Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham West Palm Beach where I stayed the time before, the staff allowed us to check in a couple of hours early without charging us extra like the Hawthorn did (we are talking two hours here, it was a petty thing for the Hawthorn to do). I will stay here again on my next visit. "

"This is a lovely place, but also quite new. The facility was great and the staff was very good overall. We really enjoyed the food and atmosphere, especially at the warm pool area. It was the perfect getaway for us at the right time. We hope to return at some point in the future. "

"Fantastic front desk staff. Exceptionally clean. No hassle anything. Patio is my favorite place with their delicious free in room coffee. You just can’t get all of this anywhere else for 3x the cost. Pool and spa were perfect temps. Service at the poolside tiki bar was outstanding. Found it a month ago. Back twice already. Whatever negative reviews you ve read, I assure you the issues have been resolved. Trust a frequent traveler. "
