"Nous avons apprecié ce logement pour sa propreté et le fait qu'il soit spacieux. Il y a également beaucoup de rangements. Nous aurions aimé avoir un four dans la cuisine et que la piscine soit chauffée. Nous trouvons que le tarif d'accès à la salle de sport a 8€ la demi-journée est exageré. Nous avons apprecié l'accueil et les conseils des propriétaires."

"Clean apartment with kitchen and a barbecue. Two bathrooms and three bedrooms. We traveled two families together (9 people, five children 8-12 years old) and the place was perfect for us. It was a quiet area. A shadowy terrace were we could dine, the beautiful view of the sea, 10 minutes walk from Calvi...I recommend the place and would stay there again if I go back to Calvi. The owners speak only French, and are really nice and friendly."

"The Residence Catalina is a fantastic property, ideally located in a quiet residential part of Saint Florent. It has ample parking, but is within walking distance of the town centre with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. The accommodation offered is 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments with outdoor seating (balconies or terraces). The apartments are modern, clean and very functional. We exchanged our two bedroom apartment / 2 bathrooms with balcony for a 2-bedroom / one bathroom and ground floor...

"Big appartment for a budget rate, close enough to the ferry port and nearby supermarkets to allow for walking to and from, but let down by provision of dirty teatowel, hard floors and thin ceilings resulting in no sleep possible until after midnight due to noise (talking and movement) from above. Lack of utilities' instructions meant that coffee maker unusable. Reasonable overall but could be better. Although WiFi signal strong, couldn't get it to connect."

"We really enjoyed staying in the apartmenet. Pool, whirpool and other outside accessories were really great. There was a large kitchen inside and three nice bedrooms. One room with other 6 beds was quite small - the room is located in the attic. We had difficulties to find the place - we were sent the map via mail but we received it after returning from holiday. "Es ist leider keine vollwertige Wohnung sondern lediglich ein 1-Zimmer-Studio-WG ohne ein richtiges Bett / Doppelbett. Die ausziehbare Couch war sehr unbequem genau so wie das aufklappbare Gästebett. Es ist nicht genug Stauraum für eine Familie vorhanden, wir mussten aus den Koffern leben. Das ganze Gebäude ist sehr alt und runtergekommen, quietschende Türen, Holztreppe die knarrt genau wie die gesamte Holzdecke über der Wohnung. Ein einschlafen ist vor den Bewohnern in der oberen Wohnung und...

"The house was perfect for a stay for 2 families. The beach is a 5 minute drive to Caspiu plage, where you can also drink flavourful Corsican beer, eat beautiful freshly made sorbets and have a fine dinner with view over the bay. The house has a nice terrace to sit and enjoy food and view. The owner welcomes you with homemade marmalade and a perfect white wine and Corsican cookies. The beds are great. Cooking equipment is perfect."
