This had the effect of reducing the usable area of the 2.8 hectare property to the driveway and the apartment which was very disappointing to our group and difficult with small children. "The house was perfect for a large group, we ate most of our meals in the outdoor area which was sheltered from the sun and we could watch the kids in the pool. The house was well equipped and clean. It was great having the outdoor cooking area which had a fridge and dishwasher. There isn’t anything in the village but activities are close by so it’s not a problem. I would recommend for large groups."

"Five 60ish cycling fans visiting for the Tour De France. Excellent property in a beautiful area especially if you are interested in cycling / hiking. Only down side is the opening days and times of local restaurants which caught us out a bit but the house is very well equipped and as we are all keen cooks then this wasn't a problem for us but may be for some. Not that much to do for kids. All in all an excellent trip and I would highly recommend the property for a similar group of people."

The village is a nice setting and also very quiet this time of year but the local town of Bar-sur-Aube had everything we needed. Location is great with the theme park of Nigloland just 15 minutes away and the wonderful town of Troyes also near for a change of scenery. La maison nous a semblé plus grande que sur les photos, au calme avec vue sur les vignes de champagne. Ça reste une maison de campagne donc une souris était rentré dans la maison pendant notre séjour. Le village n'est pas des plus vivant à part les viticulteurs ! On a tout de même bien profité."
