"The location of the apartments is perfect - a quick and easy walk to the train/bus station, old town and lake. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!"

"Great hotel for a week skiing La Clusaz, the hotel has its own vehicle to transfer you to one of the 2 lifts or the Tour Village bus passes every 10 mins. Spa is excellent with ice cave, sauna, rain shower and small pool, also a relaxation room with herbal teas. Hotel recommended we book restaurants prior to our visit which we did and was a good job we did as restaurants were turning people away. "Don’t listen to the bad reviews. We stayed here thinking this would be one of the lower end hotels visited during our trip to Europe and honestly we liked it as one of the best. Our room was very clean and tidy, smelled fresh, view was nice, area was easy to catch the bus into town, the staff were helpful. Only downside is it’s a bit of a walk into the old town but we knew that when booking and the nighttime walks felt unsafe so we took the bus instead. Otherwise would stay here again. "

"From what I remember, this hotel is brand new and you can tell! Overall nice clean rooms. I would recommend driving to and from, with this place as your starting point to wherever you are going. Can be confusing to find at times but thats everywhere in the city! Also very close and walkable to E. leclerc, a supermarket so it would be good to have a kitchenette if you would like to keep food in the hotel. Not sure if they have it as ours did not. We were a family of 4 so it came with 2 single...
