"Wir waren im Sommer hier und haben eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt; die Sonnenaufgänge sind wirklich grandios, dafür kann man schon mal früh aufstehen. Das Haus liegt (noch) schön allein, es ist für bulgarische Verhältnisse top. Etwas mehr Kochgeschirr wäre wünschenswert. Leider kann man im See nicht baden, aber die Umgebung ist sehr sehens- und erlebenswert, vor allem natürlich die Rhodopenbahn und die kleinen Gemüsestände an den Straßen. "The hotel staff was nice and solved the reservation problem immediately by giving us hotel room for one day until the booking was confirmed by Orbitz. Next day we were transferred to the Hotel apart complex which is next to the Hotel. The rooms were not 4*. The furniture and the toilet were old. They give us two additional electric heating fans because the room was very cold, but this again was not enough to heat the room. No daily cleaning of the rooms. "

"Gem of a property in the city centre. Very clean, modern and has all the amenities. Ironing board, iron, hair dryer and fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer. Round the corner from restaurants and other eateries and supermarkets! Amazing experience. Loved it. "

"I stay in a one bed apartment and was thankful for the air-conditioning as it was hot outside. Plenty of room for one person and there was a view of the mountain from the windows. I had to buy some microwave cookware as there was no specific items of that kind in the apartment but that was the only thing that let the place down. "

"Great parking. Small ski rental shop on premises. Employees easy to deal with when around. Wifi was terrible. Pool spa area and locker room smelled and seemed unclean. Gym has very old equipment"

"Property location is very close to gondola, a five minute slow walk. Communication and responsiveness of property manager was excellent and extremely accommodating regarding early check in and late check out. Good WiFi. Sauna and pool were a great addition to our stay. Kitchen could do with more tea mugs & glasses and some better lighting. We cooked in the apartment quite a bit and found some of the pots were in need of a deeper clean but nothing major. Overall great stay and would recommend!...

"Amazing clean and tidy. We stayed on the top floor so there is 5 flights of stairs. We stayed for 4 days all I would suggest is that they should give extra toiletries and towels after 2 days at the least as they do charge a cleaning fee. But it’s beautiful great location and extremely clean "

"Absolutely fantastic hotel located right next to the Bansko gondola. The staff are attentive, friendly and go out of their way to make your stay amazing. The room (alpine suite) was spacious and clean with an amazing bathroom with its own whirlpool bath and sauna. The spa was great but a bit disappointing that some facilities were not operating due to a technical fault but at least we had a personal sauna in our room. The buffet breakfast was incredible, one of the biggest selections I've ever seen - all fresh and well stocked even towards the end of breakfast service. If you are heading to Bansko then this hotel comes highly recommended. "

"We had an amazing stay. The hotel is a clever combination of modern and historic. They offer a free guided tour of the Roman ruins dispovered when the hotel was build. They are well preserved and quite impressive. The staff is absolutely amazing - very helpful, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are modern and provide many amenaties within the room including earpicks, nail files, make-up tampons, slipers, mini fridge stocked with alcoholic and none alcoholic drinks. They even has shoe polish and a shoehorn. The breakfast is balanced and served in their cosy lounge area. They offer paid secure parking which is brilliant given the location (the absolute centre of Plovdiv) There is a large terrace on the rooftop with a small peak view of the Roman Amphitheater. Me and my parents had the best time and would definitely recommend!"
