"Serge and Cam excel themselves in offering this property. A beautiful 4 bed villa with lovely views of the surrounding golf course. The house has a unique and tranquil feel to it and is set up for the ultimate relaxation holiday.To compliment the house are two amazing staff members who could not do enough for you!! "The villa is very comfortable and in a quiet location (nothing much at walking distance) right by the beach. The pool is excellent and the service was very friendly. However, this place is more suited for independent living and doesn't offer most of the usual hotel services. Moreover, it is overpriced for what you get. "We had a wonderful stay at Baan Jintana. I can only agree with the previous reviews. The house is large and stunning. Everything is extremely up market and the pool is the largest and best private pool we have ever had. The house is situated on an exclusive private estate overlook a beautiful golf course. "A nice lil’ getaway for my husband and I. We loved the private room and personal pool! The bed is VERY comfortable! Thankfully we had a sunny week so room 3 worked great for a sunny swim! Easily walkable to restaurants & mall. A bit of a hike to the beach but doable. We look forward to staying in the Updated rooms soon."

"We spent two amazing weeks at Cam and Serge's villa during Christmas. The house was actually better than the pictures showed – it's full of love and style, with beautiful decorations everywhere. It's also super clean, equipped with all modern amenities you can think of, and very well taken care of. "The apartment was pretty central with easy walking distance to the clocktower and night market. Facilities were excellent and there was even a Samsung washing machine on the terrace.The communal pool was a really good size for serious swimming and nice and shady.Good communication with Annie the owner. "We really enjoyed our recent stay at this property. The property was in a perfect location (we like to be outside the hustle and bustle) and was perfectly equipped with an extremely lovely pool. Chas provided great communication via WhatsApp and even provided some recommendations. If I did have one suggestion, it would be to add the electricity allowance to the listing so any potential additional costs are known at the time of booking but this would not stop me from recommending this...

"We had a wonderful six day stay in this condo with a lovely view. We had spent the previous 2.5 weeks in Pattaya and came over on the passenger ferry. The ferry terminal is a short 5-10 minute walk from the condo. The condo was very clean and well equipped and was handy to a number of nice local restaurants/bars, convenience stores and a wat. Great place to relax and make memories

"The Regent Cha-am Beach resort was a very comfortable stay in January 2025. We booked to stay for a wedding held in the grounds. The staff were very helpful and arranged cars, helped us book a fabulous cooking class and were happy to help with everything. The interior is a little tired and sadly the spa was not open. The wedding ceremony area and reception was well prepared by the staff and everything looked fabulous. Over our 5 night stay, the food was very good and our experience overall was great. "
