The rooms are spacious, pristine, and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day. You can really tell that the staff takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The concierge and front desk personnel were not only professional but genuinely courteous and attentive. They made sure that all my needs were taken care of promptly, which truly enhanced my experience. A special mention to the event staff—Apple Garcia deserves recognition for her outstanding service and attention to detail. She went above and beyond to ensure that our event went smoothly. And I cannot forget Alexander from Feria. His dedication to delivering top-notch service was truly remarkable. He made every dining experience at the restaurant memorable, always going the extra mile to make sure we were well taken care of. "A little disappointed with the breakfast food options. My daughter was looking forward to longganisa and/or tocino, daing na bangus, garlic fried rice - there were none"

"The shuttle service was a big help, but several people piled in as we were making sure our 6 pieces of luggage were being loaded. I was about to tell someone they going to have to get off because we were the only ones an hour early for that shuttle. We also tried the really nice restaurant and the hot stone massage which was a really great value"

"I love the Thai restaurant, Benjaroong. I love taho for breakfast. I always have a great experience when staying at Dusit. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. Nearby shopping places are a big plus. Highly recommended. "
