"I travelled with small children. With intentions to utilize a microwave. I discovered once in the room that there wasnt one in there. Other than that my hotel stay was great! The staff was friendly and personable. The environment was clean and professional. It felt safe and inviting. "

"It was such and easy and safe walk to the convention center. 7 Seas is literally right next to the hotel--great food and drinks. The staff was amazing and the room was clean and comfy. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Minimal,cosy and clean rooms. As soon as we entered the room it smelled divine. The view from our room was insanely gorgeous. We arrived late so we had to chekin online. The process was a breeze. They have a cafe and a Ukranian restaurant on the property where we had breakfast and lunch. Both meals were delicious. Definitely recommend the property if you are visiting Mt Rainier National park/Ashford. Bonus : We had ours but they have snow chains if you need one."

"Close to walkable or drivable food and grocery, as well as shopping centers. Light highway noise. They were mid remodel, so there was some noise around that, but overall they were extremely kind, the room was clean and functional, beds were comfy, they have a nice hospitality center, and there is a lovely health-focused market not 5 minutes away! I would stay here again."

"The resort is close to Crystal so that makes it extremely convenient. It is very clean, well kept, and great staff. The pool is wonderful. The only problem this last visit was someone had puked in the hot tub and that wasn’t taken care of during our stay. "

"Stayed here for one night to catch a concert at the Muckleshoot. The staff are so friendly! Not only the kitchen staff making the breakfast. They went out of thier way to ensure you enjoyed your meal. The hotel is super clean with an equipped gym and pool. Enjoyed my stay - only one qualm which has nothing to do with the hotel. There’s a set of train tracks near the building and the noise from the rail is quite loud. Overall a pleasant stay. "
