"The host is great and property is nice. The problem is that despite the map and listing clearly listing it in Paracas, it is located in Pisco, 20 minutes from where the map indicates it is. Also, it's renting out rooms and not the house (which is not what I have experienced with VRBO listings before), so we had a lot of slamming doors from the other guests for a lot of our first night."

"The people who owns this place is so unprofessional and rude. I was denied my stay @ this place which was fully paid in advance just because i didn't enter the correct number of guest. I was miles away from the city of lima to just found out i didn't have a place to stay with my family. I do not recommend this place at all."

"I reserved, was charged but never received any details about the property, no phone number or any way to get in contact with the property manager. When we arrived, of course without any info we were not able to stay. Thank God for the Homeaway representative who was amazing! She accommodated us to a nearby hotel. It was my first time booking through this system and was not a good experience."

"This property has the potential to be amazing, but we had trouble with insects and there were no screens on the windows to keep them out (and no AC) We also were disappointed with the maintenance practice of apparently using untreated water for the grass, which created a terrible smell. "This property is located in the heart of Paracas Bahia! It is a lovely place with direct access to the ocean in a quiet and beautiful area. Plenty of room for a large family and options to many outdoor activities like walking, kayaking, swimming, and running. Great ocean access area for small kids to play. "First off, Jeff was great. He was friendly, responsive and very helpful. By far one of the best hosts I’ve dealt with. "Wonderful structure reminding “ hacienda feeling”, wide hallways, staircases, lovely large rooms, amazing tiled showers, airy & beautiful views. Nice patios, and outdoor dining area and large, huge pool. Small lovely private archeological museum. Attentive staff. Don’t forget to visit Ballista's islands, pingüinos, birds and sea lions."
