"Just spent four nights at this hotel and it was lovely. Rooms very comfortable, with a modern bathroom and plenty of storage. Bar area very nice, happy hour is definitely worthwhile. It’s a 15 minute walk to the main square, one straight road. Very conveniently located for the Jewish Quarter too. Didn’t eat in the hotel so unable to comment. There is a supermarket opposite and Kraków Grzegórzki train station at the end of the road, with trains direct to the airport. I would definitely stay here...

"The hotel is in excellent location. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There are few points that need improvement. First, we found the room being too dark. No coffee/tea maker in the room. Also, no convenient outlets for charging phones. When we asked, they brought us an extension. It did not feel like a 5-star hotel."
