"Era la nostra prima volta in Italia e la nostra intenzione era rilassarci e conoscere i dintorni, abbiamo potuto fare entrambe le cose, la casa è confortevole e ha tutto il necessario. La casa è immersa nella natura, il posto è bellissimo e gode di una tranquillità incomparabile, proprio quello che cercavamo. Massimo è stato molto attento con noi e sempre pronto ad aiutarci, penso che se tornassimo a Genga sceglieremmo nuovamente questo posto "

"Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Ein Minuspunkt war allerdings, dass es nur eine Klimaanlage im Hauptschlafzimmer gab. In den zwei Einzelzimmern (Kinderzimmern) gibt es keine Klimaanlage, was bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur und locker 30 Grad Raumtemperatur dazu geführt hat, dass wir eine Matratze auf den Boden des Hauptschlafzimmers gelegt und so genächtigt haben - anders war es unzumutbar. Leider gibt es auch nur 1 Fliegengitter vor der Balkontür in der Küche, was...

"We had a really wonderful time in the little cottage. The location is superb, the owner and the manager did everything to make our stay perfect! We loved hanging out on our sunchairs in the garden in the evening watching the fireflies and listening to the crickets chirping. The cottage offers everything you need for hanging out, cooking, making coffee, but there are so many amazing restaurants close by that you don t need to do much yourself! Can highly recommend!"

"Huis en bijbehorende tuin zijn geweldig. Voorzieningen in het huis heel volledig. Eén gezin kan beneden logeren en een ander gezin boven. De omgeving is kleinschalig, akkers, bos en heel veel bomen langs de wegen. Dichtbij zijn prachtige ommuurde stadjes (de castelli). De bijeneters, prachtige gekleurde vogels en de bosuil waren bijzonder."

"Beautiful house on the top of the hill with view of Arcevia and rural landscape. Wide pool and garden. Relaxing and quiet. Perfect for family and friends. You can reach almost every place of Marche (Ancona and Conero beaches, Senigallia, Frasassi Caves, Fabriano, San Severino, Macerata, Urbino) within an hour."

"Listing was not accurate. Stated 2 king size beds and a full. One king, one xl twin and a sofa bed. Pictures were not accurate, no hot water until we turned on hot water heater and the refrigerator wasn't even on. The view was spectacular though and neighbors were extremely friendly. Shower on lower level didn't drain well either. Owner was quick to respond to messages."

"The house was once well built. The rooms are spacious. The ocean View is beautiful --it would be better if the dead tree branches were trimmed. The team was supportive and friendly. But the odor comes from sofas and carpets and every where like you are in a second hand clothing store. The mattresses are sagging and should really be replaced; bedspreads smell. Kitchen is made of cheap materials and really feels shabby. The pool water was not cleaned until the last day of our stay. It really needs...

"We absolutely loved the classic Italian design of the farmhouse and the incredible views, as well as the very welcoming host. This house could be a great base for exploring towns in the region such as Assisi and Urbino. However, we loved to experience the quietude and authentic Italian lifestyle that the local area offered. A great choice for those who want to experience the Italian countryside unperturbed by mass tourism."

Fantastic stay!

"We stayed in a deluxe double, with a beautiful round bath and it was fantastic, very spacious, comfortable bed. Sadly no smart TV, which I think should be a must nowadays. The spa is beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. The location is also very good. Close to the beach and well-connected by public transport. Members of staff very kind and helpful."
