Troppa confusione di notte a tutte le ore tanto che non si riusciva a dormire. Niente TV. Moka senza manico. Scomodo per arrivare in spiaggia. Mare pulito solo al mattino. Non è stata una vacanza come ci aspettavamo."

"Big unit and ac worked but that’s about it. Weekly clean and towel change only. Everything including pool shut down from 2-5pm in 45C heat?? Espresso and food overpriced by triple than everywhere else. More of a unit rental and your on your own. You can get a hotel for what I paid with full service in a major tourist area rather than this place. Tired building and far from beach, staff service non existent in any front. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there or help."

"This was the perfect spot for our 2-family vacation. We swam, cooked and lounged in the beautiful yard. Would Devi I Troy stay again! Only suggestions are to better explain the AC (Once we figured out how to best use we didn’t have problems) and to upgrade linens by providing pool towels."

We found the apartment a little ‘tired’ and under equipped - a small saucepan, garlic press, larger dinner plates and better cutlery knives would help. "Genorously sized villa with great outside space/pool area with stunning views over the sea to Stromboli. The hosts were very warm and welcoming which made for a stress free stay. You need a car to explore the local area with the property being a short drive of a few minuites to the charming local town of Zambrone, a 5 minuite drive to the local beach and around 10 minutes to Tropea. "The staff at Il Nocchiero are very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 5 nights in a corner room with wrap around deck which was lovely. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and to restaurants. Breakfast was sumptuous with many options. A big plus was the private parking which made it easy for taking day trips. We had a great experience and would highly recommend!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious although the bed was quite firm. The AC struggled but it was very hot outside! The beach area was great…chairs and umbrellas to rent. There was a lack of open restaurants in the area, this may be due to the time of year? Adjoining area appeared quite run down with a lot of trash which is unfortunate."
