"Great view from balcony. Apartment was nice but water leaked through sliding door when it rained. Good access to beach but beware there are wild boars roaming beach area. We were disappointed the spa and restaurant were closed. "

"We were welcomed by the owner's 2 lovely sons who waited while we travelled from the airport. Communication was excellent. Our host provided us with links of places to visit and the very local cafe/bar provided us with the necessary wifi to download information. The wifi was down however it meant we weren't looking at our phones/tablets all the time and gave us the break we needed. If we needed wifi, we could get it so it wasn't a problem. "We added this stop to the end of our two week Italian vacation of the big cities. It was just what our family needed to decompress. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and the house is so very impressive. The pool was great for the kids and the Adriatic Sea is a nice drive through the countryside if you want a beach day. We hopefully will be back in the future. It is a big house for 4, but it gave our family a chance to spread out after our long vacation together!"

"We were very happy to have stayed at this villa. It was superbly equipped with everything we needed and was exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was excellent, with very helpful documentation about the area and house sent over before our stay. Limiti is a beautiful village to visit and the views from our house were stunning. The pool was very much appreciated, as it was very hot when we visited! Couldn't ask for better

"Gorgeous room, VERY polite staff, even when my reservation got messed up, they were so kind and patient while we got it fixed. Its in a great location and everyone in town was very kind and accommodating, despite our lack of skills in speaking Italian. The breakfast was so good, we regretted not getting dinner there as well."

"Excellent hotel with lovely pools and facilities. The gym is poor and shouldn’t have a surcharge, but everything else is great. Great staff, and the pool bar is very convenient. It’s a 20 minute walk to anything (each way) and the only way to and from the train station is by taxi which isjt cheap so bear that in mind "
