"We were not able to stay in this apartment, finding out as we arrived for check in at 5pm that there was a power outage in the house, that was communicated by an Italian groundskeeper. Luckily, our sister in law speaks Italian and was able to manage the transfer to a nearby hotel. Note that the online booking manager for the house lives in California, and was not able to be contacted immediately. "We added this stop to the end of our two week Italian vacation of the big cities. It was just what our family needed to decompress. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and the house is so very impressive. The pool was great for the kids and the Adriatic Sea is a nice drive through the countryside if you want a beach day. We hopefully will be back in the future. It is a big house for 4, but it gave our family a chance to spread out after our long vacation together!"

"We were very happy to have stayed at this villa. It was superbly equipped with everything we needed and was exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was excellent, with very helpful documentation about the area and house sent over before our stay. Limiti is a beautiful village to visit and the views from our house were stunning. The pool was very much appreciated, as it was very hot when we visited! "The property was very clean, updated and very walkable. We like to walk everywhere and this was perfect. We were on top floor and there was a great balcony on that level. Very nice place to stay. We loved our time here and used it to travel around the area. Nice and quiet to come home to this property. "

"Excellent hotel with lovely pools and facilities. The gym is poor and shouldn’t have a surcharge, but everything else is great. Great staff, and the pool bar is very convenient. It’s a 20 minute walk to anything (each way) and the only way to and from the train station is by taxi which isjt cheap so bear that in mind "
