"We wasted over 3 hours trying to find this place with our GPS. The reason turned out to be an in accurate address posted online by the hotel !! We had to stop twice for local help. After the first good samaritan's programming of our GPS lead us on a wild goose chase and it was darkand we were starving we went into La Speza, had dinner and paid anothe rgood samaritan to call the hotel to clarify where they were REALLY located. "The house and grounds are amazing. Even better than described. The pool was lovely too."

"Cabin was what was described. The TV was not working and WiFi was poor to say the least. The room was clean, but we did get quite a few mosquito bites at night—-but let’s be real, it’s a campground. Bed and sheets were clean. Staff spoke “okay English” but they were super friendly and did their best. They advertise private beach with chairs, but these are not included in the fee. "I enjoyed my stay at Cavour 33 very much. The room was large and comfortable with air conditioning and you are in the heart of Massa for walking to shops and restaurants. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, personally prepared by the owner and more than enough to start the day. Parking is not available on the street in front of the hotel, but I was able to find some close by. Highly recommended!"

"Not a friendly and inviting hotel,spa closed,wasp nest by pool side,not kids friendly or catered for. We had to eat out 2 nights because food was not acceptable and closed on a Saturday night . Less toiletries knowing you had 3 guest in a room but provided 1bath wash, why?? Wine selections not very good or nice"
