"My mom and I loved our stay at the Palazzo Mannaioni in Florence. Roberto made us feel safe the minute we entered the Mannaioni and was very knowledgable of the area and accommodated anything we needed. The suites were in a great location, and the place was pristine. "

"I love that it was only 20 minutes to the city, for sightseeing but far enough to enjoy the quietness of the country area. The negatives would be the narrow road, the stairs in our apartment. The breakfast box was not breakfast but more like snacks "

"We had the unit on the bottom floor it was too loud to get a good nights sleep. You could hear all the passing cars/motos and people talking nearby. We also used the sofa bed and it was terribly uncomfortable."

"My wife and I spent nine nights is this spacious and well-equipped home in the quiet village of Montespertoli in the Chianti region of Tuscany. Bruno was a wonderful host, always quick to respond to our questions. He left the home equipped well for our first night or two and directed us to the Co-Op grocery store only a 3-4 minute walk from the front door. Our rental car was securely parked in his garage every night, so no need to park on the street or worry about not finding a place close to...

"I would stay nowhere else when back in Florence!!! And would pray to get my beyond beautiful room overlooking the Arno once again. I was granted an upgrade without even asking. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The service is OUTSTANDING, including room service and breakfast (which is extremely generous and delicious and offers amazing views) and also concierge. "We stayed in a huge corner room that was a fun mix of historic (exposed stone) and designer (multicolored marble bathroom), and we could see the Duomo’s campanile from our window. Staff was exceptional— helpful, responsive, and friendly, Location was great — Uffizi, the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, etc. were easily walkable, and restaurants and shopping opportunities abound. Good breakfast."
